Who Uses CycleCareers.com
These billing terms constitute your billing agreement with CycleCareers.com. When you click the “I Agree, Process Subscription” button, it constitutes your acceptance of these billing terms. These terms shall govern all billing issues and any other terms detailed herein.
Refunds
All sales of Job Postings or Resume Searches on CycleCareers.com are FINAL. No refunds or credits will be issued. For all billing questions please email contact-us@cyclecareers.com
Recurring Subscriptions
If you have chosen to subscribe to the Unlimited Recurring Plan you are agreeing to be automatically charged monthly for job posting and resume viewing access on CycleCareers.com. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time by contacting Cycle Careers via email at contact-us@cyclecareers.com.
Once you select to cancel your subscription you will be removed from the billing system immediately, will not be billed again, and your resume access and job posting ability will expire at the end of the current billing cycle. If you do not post jobs for any period of time you are still responsible for payments on your account, unless you notify Cycle Careers of cancellation.
Returned Payments
If you send us a check that is returned unpaid (a "bounced check"), or if your credit card charge is disputed by the issuing bank (a "chargeback"), we will charge you a $25.00 processing fee, and assess the returned payment amount to your account. If we suspect fraud, we may immediately suspend your account without notice. If multiple payments from you are returned, we will require that you pay by cashier\'s check or money order.
Delinquent Accounts
If you fail to pay your bill within 15 days, we will assess a late payment fee of 1.5% or $5.00, whichever is greater. This is a processing fee, and is not a penalty.
If you fail to pay your bill within 30 days, we will assess an additional late payment fee, and we will suspend your account. We will not reactivate a suspended account until we receive payment in full, at which time it will be subject to a $10.00 account reactivation fee. Although we may suspend your account, you are not eligible for a pro-rated refund for the time that your account was suspended.
If you fail to pay your bill within 60 days, we will terminate your account, at which time all files, emails, settings, and configuration will be deleted and the account may be forwarded to collections.
