Company Introduction: JC Motors has been in business since 1994, selling motorcycle parts all over the world via our website, magazine ads and showroom in Irvine, California. We currently employ 12 people in a relaxed but productive work environment.
Job Description: 1. Provide quality sales and customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information to customers calling in, emailing for information, using our Live Chat system or visiting our showroom.
2. Receive payments from customers and apply to sales orders. Remit all forms of payment to accounting for processing.
3. Build and maintain quality relations with existing assigned accounts and increase account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis.
4. Minimize customer complaints through effective customer service and application of company policies.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 Years experience in the motorcycle industry. Applicant must possess a Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required. The person qualifying for this position will be responsible for handling a high volume of transactions and must be able to multi-task well. Great sales and communication skills are needed and may facilitate growth in this position.
